Emma we have looked through our photos…Utterly beautiful! We remain delighted to have had you as our photographer to capture our day so beautifully and naturally. Just how we wanted it to be. To have photos of me breastfeeding meant the world to me. I spent so much time researching breastfeeding friendly wedding dresses. There is so little out there and not once did I come across a breastfeeding bride picture as gorgeous as your captured. Thank you!!!!
I think it’s hard for me to put into words how incredible Alex and Matt’s wedding day was. The love in this beautiful, precious family was palpable. I started my day with Alex in the family home, and then was lucky to be able to also visit Matt with his grooms party in the local pub, before heading to St John the Evangelist Church, for their wedding and a family blessing. Alex looked absolutely incredibly in her Cymbelline dress from Sass and Grace Bridal, chosen specially by Alex so she could breastfeed her little one throughout the day and evening.
There were a few German wedding traditions, the first being a bed sheet cutting arranged by the family for Alex and Matt to cut their way through after a confetti shower! The second was a log cutting later in the day when we had arranged at The Barn, which was brilliant… where Sam Grzyyb @saamstigram.music provided acoustic music, helped out by the children who also took their turns at singing!
Alex and Matt chose to have their rustic winter wedding at The Yard in Hampshire, where The Hobo catering company provided amazing food, the bar, gorgeous wedding cake, and even assisted with hanging trees! I can’t recommend them enough if you are looking for a catering company for your own wedding or event.
I felt so incredibly lucky to have been chosen to capture this special day!
